Expansion Construction Begins at The Strebel Planning Group.
Expansion of The Strebel Planning Group offices began in Varna, New York.
One of the key goals for the project is to provide a seamless integration of design, functionality, and materials with the original building. “It’s very important to have our clientele experience the original and expanded components of an 1836 Greek Revival Home,” said Paul Strebel, one of the founding partners of the group.
The current phase will create over 2000 square feet of professional space, including a new reception area. Additionally, period structural components including updates to interior finishes, such as floor and wall coverings, will undergo renovation during the early stages of the project.
The new space will allow the firms two offices to merge into one, achieving one of the firms’ long-time goals. “Over the past few years, this initially small, family owned business of 3 has grown both in size, and services. We strive to bring only the highest quality products and services to business owners, and individuals who are recently retired, or approaching retirement. Our unique life planning service encourages these individuals to look at every aspect of their life, building a blueprint for a fulfilling retirement along with financial freedom”, said Elaine McLaughlin, Sales and Marketing Manager for the firm.
Completion of the initial phase of the expansion is expected in early 2007.
