Community Outreach

Our desire to help others goes beyond client satisfaction. The happiness and prosperity of our community is imperative to us. Each year, we donate a percentage of our annual revenue to many local agencies through the Strebel Fund for Community Enrichment. Your community is our community. We’ve proudly served the Ithaca-area since 1991, and firmly believe a thriving community is what supports our business.

Philanthropy within our organization

To be impactful, we must lead by example. Community enrichment starts within our organization. In addition to our fund, partners and staff fundraise internally to support local causes, such as the SPCA and the Salvation Army Holiday Adopt a Family campaign. Employees are encouraged to volunteer their time, and are granted 2 paid hours each month for their volunteer activities.

The Strebel Fund for Community Enrichment

The Strebel Fund for Community Enrichment was created in the memory and spirit of Lee Strebel’s love of the performing arts. Son of founding partners Leslie and Paul, Lee was a kind and gentle soul, who’s passion was making people smile. In his honor, The Strebel Fund for Community Enrichment seeks to do just that – making grants to support varies causes in the community to improve the quality of life to those in need.

To carry on his artistic vision and legacy, an award is granted annually to a talented high school student who has demonstrated the desire to develop to their full potential through continued studies within the performing arts. Additionally, this fund supports various organizations, including arts education in the Ithaca City School District, local thespian events, and other related community programs.
