Daughter of Paul and Leslie, Deb first joined the firm in 2000, during which time her main duty was fighting with the folding machine. Now wearing many hats, Deb manages the philanthropic efforts of the Strebel Planning Group; coordinating donations to various charities and sponsorships within Tompkins County. Deb also works with the planners to create financial plans and consults on life, disability and long term care insurance.

Paul, Leslie and Deb co-founded a cremation jewelry business in 2015, in memory of their belated son and brother, Lee. Affectionately named, Lee Alexander & Co. Cremation Jewelry designs and manufactures premium jewelry to provide beauty, comfort and closeness to those who’ve experienced loss. Deb is the Director of Development, Marketing Director and Project Coordinator.
